I love the colors of her flowers and the color of the stamens are very pretty. It's a very good grower. I bought it in May 2018 during a wonderful trip with the members of the Dutch Rosesociety. We visited a rosenursery and the rose was screaming"Take me with you Marijke" (fun)

VerwijderenThe colors of the roses are spectacular how different everything in the garden looks in wintertime. The snow is gone and all we have is a lot of rain. But the forecast for the weekend becomes better and better by the day. 20C for saturday. And the birds know it that theire time hase come. So beautiful to hear them sing already. Also time to do something in the garden. And hoping that the Crocusses will arrive soon!!

VerwijderenUntill now I have nothing to complain about the COVID. All the people I know are in a good health and did not loose theire jobs. But there is one thing I miss are the trips to other people´s gardens together with the members of the roseclub and the visits to a Rosenursery. As soon as I come in to a rosenursery at a time that the roses are in bloom I always forget about the size of my garden. (fun).

The 'eyelash' roses are simply wonderful, so far most of the ones I've seen have been more pastel but this was really a pink morning or glorious evening sunset colour.

VerwijderenI am glad that I am not the only one hearing the plants and roses scream to take them home (fun). I remember the day that I bought this rose that I had 7 new roses in my shopping cart. But the closer I came to the place to pay the more sweaty my forehead became. It's not a problem to buy them but where to plant them because I don't have the space. (fun). I was brave that day and just came back home with this one and put the others back.

VerwijderenWhen my rosepassion started I only wanted roses with a lot of petals. But taste has changed.
I love the roses with the eyelash even more these day's. It's also great to see in these kind of roses that it's much easyer for the polinators to visit.

VerwijderenDe roos is echt een beauty. Zo mooi die wimpers die de meeldraden vormen. En de kleur is ook zo mooi. Deze roos moest snel mee naar huis (lol).
