May cold
De temperaturen van dit moment zijn een beetje fris. En dat
heeft zijn invloed op de bloemen van de rozen. De bloemen
komen niet open. Alles in de natuur gaat op de handrem.
The last few days the temperatures are to cold for this
time of the year. The roseflowers protect themselves
and don´t open up full.

The Hydrangia did survive the hot dry summer of 2018
Where I am a little worried about is the pond. The so well needed
oxygen plants need higher temperatures to grow out. And the water
is getting green. The Aponogeton Distachyos show that it´s doing
well. Important to have it in the pond it will bring some shadow to
the pond with her leaves and will bring down the temperature of
the water

are on theire natural break because of the low temperatures. The flowers of Dresdner Barock are small, but breathtaking because it sends so many flowers. Also the foliage is

VerwijderenI know my behavior is not very patient, but when the buds arrive it´s hard for me
to wait before they open. FUN. It´s great to see that the roses are able to protect

Marijke, de ontwikkelingen gaan heel langzaam in de tuin. Eerst worden de planten verwend met veel te veel warmte en droogte, nu is het duidelijk te koud.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenHet plantseizoen wordt er wel door verlengd, waardoor ik mijn kaal geraakte stukken goed kan inplanten.
Mijn Hydrangea aspera heeft het, net als bij jou, gelukkig goed overleefd, en staat er uitstekend bij. Maar wat had hij het moeilijk vorig jaar, en de nachtvorst van een paar weken geleden vond hij ook niet zo leuk.
Jouw rozen gaan dan langzaam, wat ik zie is veelbeleovend!

VerwijderenJa het gaat inderdaad heel langzaam met de groen. Onwijs sterk zijn de planten en
struiken toch eigenlijk. Eerst inderdaad hitte en droogte en dan de kou er overheen.
Het is inderdaad voor jou een ideale periode om weer nieuwe te planten. Ik hoop dat
je resultaat heel mooi zal worden. Ja dat die Hortensia onze vorige zomer heeft overleefd is voor mij nog steeds een raadsel. Ze was helemaal bruin en gieten hielp niet. Met de rozen gaat het helemaal top. Ik denk dat de rozenstruiken ontploffen als de temperatuur gaat klimmen. Ik wens je een heerlijk weekend.
